Generalized Tonic-Clonic Seizures: You lose consciousness completely. Your body stiffens, and your arms and legs jerk rhythmically. You will not feel or remember the shaking while it occurs.
After the Seizure (Postictal Phase)
The recovery period can last from minutes to hours. Afterward, you might experience:
Severe confusion or disorientation

A pounding headache
Sore muscles or physical fatigue
